The following links are for leaflets drawn up by the ARTP Patient Information working group and can be used as templates for you to use or edit as required. We will continue to update and edit these leaflets on a regular basis and your feedback is appreciated.
Many Trusts have specific rules for designing and using patient information leaflets which you will need to consider.
