The Manufacturers Liaison Committee regularly meet with representatives of manufacturers of all types of respiratory equipment to discuss problems with design, operation, technical specification and servicing arrangements which have been reported by the user's at 'shop floor' level.
If you have a complaint please send it to the Manufacturers Liaison Committee via email using the address watchdog@artp.org.uk. This is open to members and non-members of the ARTP. Complaints should not be posted on the open email Forum.
The results of investigations of any complaints received are fed back to the membership via the Forum and the regular 'On The Blower' article in the 'Inspire' journal.
In October 2005 the ARTP conducted the first ever ARTP manufacturers survey. Survey forms were sent out to all heads of department in the UK to gain feedback on what the membership actually thought about the companies we deal with and the quality of their products.
